1. Making an Agreement to Purchase Goods:
- The specification, description, and price of goods can change.
- Your order is an offer to buy the goods at the indicated price.
- We may accept or modify your order via email, which will conclude the agreement.
- If your order cannot be accepted at the indicated price, we will notify you via email with an offer at a new price. You must accept the offer to form the contract.
2. Delivery of Goods:
- The price does not include delivery, unless specified.
- You are responsible for reimbursing shipping and insurance costs.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
- Inspection upon receipt is required, and any damage must be reported to the carrier immediately.
3. Payment and Price:
- Payment is due upon order acceptance. You are required to pay the price, which includes VAT.
- Delivery of goods will not occur until payment is received.
- Any additional charges for urgent orders or items over 32kg will apply.
4. Store Pickup:
- After placing your order for store pickup, please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
- Stock allocated for online sales may differ from what is available in our physical stores, as inventory management is handled separately.
5. Our Right of Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to cancel the agreement if, for reasons beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues), we are unable to fulfill the order.
- In such cases, we will refund any payments you’ve made, but we will not be liable for any additional losses or damages.
6. Age Requirements:
- Orders placed by individuals under 18 years old require the consent of a parent or guardian. The cardholder must be available to confirm the order if a minor is making a purchase.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
- It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility of the goods with your system and any other products you purchase from us.
- You are also responsible for installing the goods correctly and downloading any necessary product updates, such as drivers and manuals, from the manufacturer’s website.
8. Returns Policy:
- You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
- Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery charges due to your choice of expedited shipping).
- You must return the goods within 14 days, at your own cost, and ensure the goods are handled with care to avoid depreciation in value.

The available payment methods are as follows:
PayPal payments will be processed in Euro (€) and the applicable conversation rate is required to be paid by the customer.
Cheques – Full payment is required to clear prior to goods being dispatched
Bank transfer – Full payment will be required before an order is dispatched – all customers are required to cover and charges made by both the sending and the receiving bank.
