The item must be the exact same product, including brand, model number, colour, specifications, and EU version. -
European Retailers Only
Price matching applies to authorised Local/European retailers (online or physical stores) operating within the European Union. -
Available & Verifiable Price
The competitor’s product must be:-
In stock and available for immediate purchase

Publicly advertised on an official website or printed advert

Clearly priced in EUR

European Stock & Warranty
The competitor’s price must include:-
Genuine European stock

Official EU manufacturer warranty

All applicable taxes (VAT included)

Delivery & Import Costs
The competitor’s final price must include:-
Shipping costs to Malta

Any applicable customs or handling fees
(Price comparisons are based on the final delivered price to Malta.)

Verification & Approval
All price match or price beat requests are subject to verification and final approval by Direct Vision management. -
Right to Refuse
Direct Vision reserves the right to refuse a price match where the offer cannot be reasonably verified or does not meet the above conditions.
